Gave up Soda and Fastfood for Lent. Need to eat more veg and lean meat at home. Not eating out, going to the gym everyday is the goal. 50lbs to lose.
248.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
losing 0.3 lb a week
