WELL got on my new scales i weigh 183.5 my old scales said 180 so i guss i will have to change my weight boo hoo lol

It doesn't negate what you have already lost. All scales can weigh us different, but should be within a few pounds of each other.

Keep an eye on your carbs. Whatever you are eating is making you gain. Try cutting back 5g and see if you lose what you gained.

as long as you use the same scales to weigh on you will know how much you lose,,they can be 20 lbs off(hope to the good) LOL
