oh yes also wanted to add, its so insane how your body eventually adapts to I.F. today was my Boss' s birthday, she gave me a slice. i never ate it as i was just not hungry at all!! 😊👍im chuffed

That's so kind of you to say Ms.H 🤗 yes for sure, the body is an amazing thing 💚 what I love about IF is when you do it correctly, having that piece of cake (chips for me lol) every now and then won't completely derail months of progress. Balance balance balance!

Hi Naazneen, thank you... I started at 90kg, I started noticing a significant difference at around -18kg. Family noticed much sooner. I recorded my 1st loss on the 13th of March.

I did OMAD (one meal a day) for the 1st 3 months and lost 18.5kg in that time. Then switched to 18:6.

I did OMAD before learning about calories so I had all the foods I like, since switching to 18:6 and being more educated on calories I have been making healthier choices. You are welcome to have a look at my Instagram mandy_maryaan 🌻

Mandy , how many calories do you take in on IF ? I’ve been doing IF for 2 months , but loosing very slowly .

Hi Tish, I try and get close to 1200 calories but often it's only around 1000. Have you worked out your RDI yet? From that amount you subtract to be in a deficit. Slow progress is still progress and more sustainable long term.
