i almost ate the whole bag of wafers (from Loacker. the kind that melt in your mouth) do i regret it? no b/c they were so good but i should of stopped earlier b/c now i'm so ridiculously full. i'm not the kind of person that craves sweets, well at least before i started "dieting" (hate that word with a passion BTW) and then u get upset that u almost ate the whole bag of *insert the name of the forbidden item* and it drives u crazy! to the intensity of blame and guilt. but if u flip the situation over; there's nothing to be upset about in the first place. it's jus food. put it down and move on. not a big deal.
