Hello all Well i have not been recording properly. I didn't even record my weigh in on Friday but it was the same,... no loss no gain. Lots to do vacation is in 2 days i feel like i am on Overdrive!!! Hopefully i will have WiFi somewhere so i can update my food... but i will bring a little book with me so i can keep recording. I know myself and i fall off track quickly when i do not record! Hope you all have a wonderful day!
