Slept 5.6hrs last night. To bed 514am. To sleep 529am. Awake 1105am. Resting Pulse upon awake: 109/73 55 irreg. pulse B 1120am: decaf coffee, water, 1/6 cup mixed nuts, 6 dates L 426PM: whole wheat tortilla toasted (almost burnt) with veggie chicken salad & tomato, decaf coffee S 909pm: air-fried medium potato in strips, ketchup, water, air-fried medium potato in strips, ketchup, water Sn 1000pm: hot chocolate made with water Tonight for supper I did not feel like eating anything prepared in fridge, or frozen meals I prepared. I was not looking for a balanced meal. All I wanted was French fries... or should I say healthier air-fried potato strips. I used no salt, just lots of spices. And 1 tsp olive oil. There were not crispy, but they tasted pretty good and hit the spot. I ate what is pictured in photo ( 1 medium potato with skin). I then made another helping, the same, and ate it 30 minutes later.
