Those 170's are soooooo close. I think my scale is taunting me! I also seem to have discovered a peanut allergy. I had been eating them for a few days and having gut issues at the same time. This is not the first time I've experienced gut issues when eating peanuts so I'm now pretty sure it's not coincidence. Food allergies can really mess with your weight-loss progress!
