It's good to see a break in what has been a trend of gaining weight for a while. In the coming week I hope to avoid so many treats that have been in the house for a while. I don't need them and I don't want them! Well, this past week's discovery of a the joy of cheese and cookies in the form of brie on an oatmeal raisin cookie proves moderation is still ok.
