I actually started my diet a while back, and I've lost 6 kilos (almost 15 pounds) so far. My goal weight is still 9 kilos away, but I want to lose about 5 before prom (in one month)!

Today, I ate: 1 banana = 110 calories 3 bottles of water = 1.5L 1 salad (lettuce, romaine lettuce, carrots, cherry tomatoes, 1 sweet potato) = 200 calories 1 non-fat yogurt = 70 calories 1 drinking yogurt = 110 calorie 1/4 cup of walnuts (Kirkland Signature): 180 calories
Total: 670 calories
