Now I know why it is known as a vicious cycle. I had months and months of doing sooo good with eating and see killer results from my dedication to my program. Then, I get off track for two weeks (to prepare for surgery) knowing I would have a day in which I would re-dedicate myself to being good. Every day of those two weeks I reminded myself, you are getting back on track on March 13... March 13... March 13.... Why is it SOOO hard getting back on track. I think back to those months in which I was doing good, and it doesnt seem like it was that tough!!! VICIOUS
