Today is day three on the Atkins diet and I'm still not at the 20 net carbs but I went from 98 net carbs to 34 net carbs in a day. I've made some improvements and the biggest factor is the eating out part. I didn't eat any major carbs unless it was in a dressing... sad part is is that its still fast food :( My boyfriend is doing dinners with me and most meals we share will be on the approved list... so we went shopping today for some foods to last a few days and I loaded up on some of my favorite approved veggies and some new ones I've never tried before. I also got some fresh sliced salami and peperoni and got bacon!! We have eggs and cheese and I have ground beef and chicken... I should be good for a few days... Can't wait till Friday so I can weigh in and see if its working.
