Today I have to start gaining weight :(
The doctor told me this is causing my amenorheea and other hormonal problems (basically i have no estrogen, wtf!?) and I have to gain at least 5 kg in 2 months and no more exercising.
I finally like the way I look, but I guess it has to go. It was nice being fit and eating healthy. But I guess my body and mind don't agree. I'll probably take some selfies just to remember this little experience and that it was possible for me to look like skinny for once. And I want to thank this website, as only through it I managed to achieve my goals and to understand better what food is all about. Now I'll use it for the opposite though :)
114.6 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
