Starting my Atkins diet tomorrow. It's never too late rite?
I promise today is the last day i binge. From now on, I only eat when necessary.
FINGERS-CROSSED.

your post is very concerning. have you considered seeing a professional? Atkins is not a DIET! It's a lifestyle change. And if you use it to drop a few pounds (which I am not sure is even healthy for you, as I know nothing about you...like how tall you are, how old you are, your physical fitness levels, et.) - but then you go off Atkins because you reached your goal, but didn't make permanent changes to your food intake (types of carbs you eat) YOU WILL PUT IT RIGHT BACK ON! Be forewarned!
