ok I have lost my motivation... I seem to be going on an upward climb and I am not happy, but I can not get myself to stop the night time binge.... I do good all day long, but obviously I am not being satisfied,,, and so at night I say... "who cares" and eat... yikes... I need support, I wish I had someone here physically who would do the same as me and want to eat healthy and exercise...
