I pulled a muscle in my shoulder/neck last Monday while doing Chest, Shoulders, and Arms. After a week and a half of not being able to work out, it is a huge challenge to wait any longer. I'm slowly regaining full mobility, but there is still some pain when I look too far right. I wish there was a way to speed up my recovery.
