I’m still wearing my bigger clothes even though they’re falling off me.🙃
I will have to give them away at one time or another though.😊
I think if you lose weight and you stay down for a long time and you stay on the app recording and watching it, there’s no problem getting rid of the bigger clothes, you’ll never need them again!👍👏👏👏🌺🌸🌼🌻

Good for you!! I’m still wearing my clothes … found some other sizes in my closet but my shorts are pretty loose. I’ve gone back to the bigger / longer shirts as my pants end up halfway down my butt…I guess that’s in style but not for me … on purpose anyway. And it’s a real show if I put my cell phone in my back pocket!

I actually got out the sewing machine and took some tucks in the waistband of some pants, so that I can still use them for yard work. Still serviceable!

I gave away my plus 2XL clothes but I am still wearing some old plus 1X stuff I found in a box in the top of my closet - a bit lose but OK for now. In the past I always boxed up my too big clothes to save for the inevitable regain, but not this time. I am NEVER, EVER going to get that large again! This is not just another diet with the focus only on weight loss, this is a permanent lifestyle change for better health. Let's all stick with it this time!!
