So I'm starting this again. I took an unintentional break when some family things happened. but I'm realizing that I need to be more consistent. for the past week I have been watching what I eat, having a caloric deficit and adding intermittent fasting (meaning I only eat during a certain time frame). Today will be starting back up working out! noting too crazy as I know I'm out of shape. But better to start small than to never start at all. oh and I'm gonna try and drink more water, that will probably bring my weight up as I don't drink enough at all. Have a blessed day!
