GAINED 6 lbs.I've been sitting on that fact for the past week, not wanting to OWN it.But there,it's out there now-recorded in my weight journal-I am owning it!!!BLEH!
I am ok with it,because I have been off my diet.Doesnt mean I have gone hog wild=I still have limits and counting my carb/fat/cal. intake but I have introduced my love of cheese and cookies.Last nite I had 2 slices of pizza and half a strawberry cupcake(oh my gosh i almost passed out it was so good lol).Today I am eating a footlong subway for lunch/supper.
This was the plan.I mean the cycle 3 part of the 17day diet did call for including more foods.I may have stepped outside thw guidelines but I really just wanted a taste of my favorites before I go back to the strict cycle 1 tomorrow.
I am also,planning on being more attentive to recording my food and exercise.So here we go again !!!!weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeweeeeeeee-LOL
235.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 95.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 7.0 lb a week

If you are having problems staying in the guidelines of the plan perhaps you should look into another plan. You should be able to sustain this way of living for the rest of your life, not just a short period of time.
