I keep trying to re-balance my normal intake. In the last few weeks, my weight has shot up (well, "shot up" 3-5 pounds), mostly due to cake, cookie and other dessert-type indulgences with having all of the house guests around.
What I'm really experimenting with recently is the amount of fat in my meals. Nell suggested a little bit "here and there", some olive oil, a little peanut butter or cheese or something, which is good but I still have a hard time letting go of massive quantities of high-volume, low-calorie food.
