I've taken a month off. I had health issues that needed to be dealt with and I didn't need the stress of dieting ontop of that. I've tried to stay on my diet, and found it easy. Even with taking a month off, I've dropped about 3.5lb.
I'm glad to be back and hope to shed my last 15lb before spring.
