Had surgery 2 days ago, so that was fun. My body is still feeling a bit wiggy, but I need to start eating some good nutrition again to get myself healed. The week and a half before surgery I totally wasn't paying attention to what I was eating, as we were building this huge stone fireplace in our backyard. By the time I was hungry it was WAY past time and we were SO sweaty we weren't really hungry - so pros and cons I guess? But MAN that was a workout! this woman was NOT built for that level of physical labor! I do feel stronger from it all though, so hoping to keep up that physicality, surgery or not!
