Biggest Loser Contest Is Over! Not sure if these pictures are going to post or not but I started a BLC 8 weeks ago. My initial weigh in was 223.4. The first picture below is me at 209. Since the Super Bowl I have worked my ass off to lose as much weight as possible. The FatSecrest website was huge in allowing me to monitor my progress at a level I never had before. The second pic was taken this morning right before my last workout. I weighed 178.8. I burned 600 calories on an exercise bike and then sat in the sauna for about 10 minutes. The last picture was taken as soon as I got out of the shower (sorry). Final weigh in was 176.2 i lost 47 pounds in 8 weeks! This is 6 pounds less than I weighed 26 years ago when I got out of the Marine Corps. I'm still amazed I could keep my pace up for 30 consecutive days with out getting hungry.
