I would like to seek for help. I bought apple cider vinegar from Bragg coz I am experiencing constipation due to my atkins induction phase. Is it helping? Or I should buy another supplement like phsylium husk? Thank u :)

Yes, that is a horrible side effect of a lot of protein. You have to make sure you are getting plenty of fiber and water. It can lead to other painful problems. I had to modify Atkins because of this. You might try benefiber to add more fiber. If it keeps up though, it might be better to modify Atkins or switch to something that will keep the constitution regular. Good luck!
