Had a horrible migraine hit me right after I got home last night. I don't get them often, but when I do, I'm down. I have to have total darkness and lay really still. Light and movement make me very nauseated and also increase the pain. My head finally calmed enough for me to fall asleep at 3 am. Didn't make it into work until noon, and still feeling a bit sluggish. I made a bad food choice for lunch--Chinese. I love it and it's my biggest food enemy. However, I didn't eat breakfast, and I have promised myself to eat really light and healthy for dinner. I'm aiming for mostly veggies and lots of water tonight.
Will try to walk for 45 minutes tonight, since I missed walking last night. Hoping for a confidence-inspiring weigh-in tomorrow. We shall see!

I know all about migraines. If you had it because your blood pressure was elevated then you should sleep in a seating position. After about 30 mins you will feel better.

So sorry about your migraine! I used to get horrible migraines. Some had to do with stress, which raises your blood pressure, plus a host of other problems. Other migraines had to do with food or food additives. My worst was when I decided to give up on caffeine after living on the stuff. I'm talking 3 pots of coffee a day! After those migraines, I decided to just cut back on caffeine, at least that wasn't going to kill me the way migraines felt they would lol! Good luck on your weigh-in!
