I went out to Fry's today to get food. They had no shopping carts available - all were being used. I manage to use a hand carry basket to get fruit and water. I was able to carry these around the store and out to the car. I surprised myself by being able to do this without collapsing or breathing hard. I have decided to do my weight once a week. I have become to focused on the scales instead of my eating style.
