Down 10 pounds since restarting my diet.... w00t w00t!!!!
After the day before yesterday's workout I couldn't bring myself to move let alone workout I was so sore. 1 day of rest isn't going to kill me, but making it a habit will kill my progress.
Also no alcohol consumed yesterday. As much as I love my red wine, I had to put down the glass, better to burn my calories from food instead of drink right now.
I got back on the horse, so to speak, and did some moving today -- 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of yoga. I left out 30 minutes of strength training because I think my body needs a small break from that.
Tomorrow will be a different story.
