well given the previous history this week has been quiet unproductive. but hey this is life. we have to deal with things which are not planned no matter how much efforts we have made. so get up and get going as there is only one way and that is forward. i am not going back.

Getting depressed and doing binge eating abs going back again there is not a solution. there are only 3 areas that need working about workout - food - sleep.
