Completely blew it today. Chocolate, wine, shrimp scampi with lots of butter and wine sauce. Did eat vegetables but put sauce from shrimp on them. Feel like I need to go to confession. I am really tired of keeping track of what I eat, when and how much. Also, did not do anything physical today unless you count petting the cat. What a mess!!!
