I am up 3 lbs. not sure if any of that is water weight... I knew I did not do well this week in the eating catagory. I made it to the gym 5 days though :) I think it may have been the alcohol on the weekend. I am not super depressed about it. I am just moving on. This week I will eat really well and get back on track.
181.2 lb Lost so far: 7.8 lb.    Still to go: 36.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.7 lb a week

dont give up, the scale can be wishy washy, keep eating healthy and give it a few days. "A WATCHED POT NEVER BOILS" A pot will, in fact, boil even if you watch, but it will SEEM to take forever, and that is really the point of this amusing proverb. So if you must wait for something to happen, take your mind off the waiting by doing something else. It's amazing how much faster 'the pot' seems to reach a boil.

Don't give up. You have a pretty good idea what did it and plus its awesome that you got to the gym 5 days this week. You still rock and those 3 pounds will drop off fast!
