getting married in 8 days. did not lose as much as I had wanted to but I do feel fabulous in my dress. meh, such is life right. I will keep at it and will get there.... we've been eating fresh salad from our garden everyday... so amazing. soon we will be able to make salsa and pasta sauce :)
going to Ottawa next week to do pre-wedding things. I am going to the spa to get a cocoa body wrap- for slimming and toning. I have been drinking herbal tea and green tea :) very little alcohol. I am also going to get a mani-pedi which will be nice. pampering. lots to do this pre-wedding week.
ciao for now... I am still hoping I can see the 160's (169 works for me) before the wedding... that is 4 lbs in 8 days. possible :)

I've been off.....
3 weeks until my wedding...so much to do. I am back at the gym, eating well, writing everything down.
I would like to be 165 for the wedding... 23 days.

I have lost 19lbs since March 1st (3 1/2 months) and I am toning and I feel GREAT!!!! I have been spending hours a day in the garden- hard work but SOOOOO rewarding!!!!

The scale said 172 this morning. I have never been able to get past 173. Everytime I got to 173 I would manage to go back up. FINALLY! YAY.
Yesterday I biked 10km and went to Bodyflow class.
