Sat. July 5 Day 31
The nuts I had over the 4th put me down to a trace of being in ketosis.No more nuts for me for a long while. Good thing I stayed away from booze even with people telling me to just have a drink,it won't hurt you. I stuck to my lemon water.. Pulled my Dr.Atkins book from 1972 and back to level one. Bye-bye nice big salads,fresh beans,tomatoes and zucchini. I added you back too fast.Back to net carbs 5 and under per day. Off to make revol rolls. Have a good day all.
