Slept 4.6hrs last night. To bed 200am. To sleep 355am. Awake 835an. Resting BP 840am: 125/73 94 irreg. No BM for 3 days & so frustrating. my feet and lower legs were swollen today Breakfast 1040am: Metamucil, Red River Porridge, 50g blueberries, 25g yogurt, decaf Lunch 254pm: lentil soup, rye crisp w hummus, water Supper 633pm: broccoli & bean sauce over quinoa, 1/2 tomato, water Snack: pear, tea The last 3 months I have been so focused on my weight loss & and all that it entails to be successful, that I have neglected family, friends and other commitments. And they are catching up with me fast and causing me lots of stress & sleeplessness. I have to focus for the next week or so on my other commitments, as there are 4 impatient/possibly angry trains about to hit...me. So I am simplifying my meals, repeating same meals, and therefore speeding up FS food entries for 2 weeks.
