Have you been slacking on plan at all. Sometimes we get comfortable and start taking a bite here and there. It can all add up. If you have been 100% on plan, then you might need to change things up. Up your protein! Eat more high fiber and less processed foods. Eat smaller meals throughout the day. Change up your exercise. Take a new class. Increase your duration or exercise intensity. Good luck! You just have to push through and keep changing things up.
