Anybody took a Boot Camp class before? Is there anth I should know before I go 2mor? And what is the equivalent for it I could put it in as my exercise on FS? Going to run my 5K training today (last week 8!) + 2 xtra miles with friends later. Planning to bike to the gym 2mor (about 40mins), that wud be my cardio LOL I need an xtra cushion seat for my bony ass! And I can finally test my garmin bike cadence thing, yay!
