Oh!!! I'm sooo frustrated! I've been following WW very closely, breastfeeding, and running over 3 miles every other day and yet, somehow I'm up 2 lbs. How is that possible???! Tell you what, this is why I like to only weigh at the beginning of each month. I get frustrated and want to throw in the towel. Guess what? It's not going to happen! I am fighting for my life. Fighting to feel good. This is a commitment to myself to be healthy, not some crash diet. I HAVE to do this. I will do this. I will be stepping off of the scale for the next three weeks and hoping to lose some weight by the end of the month.
