Went to a party last night. I was sooo worried I would go nuts and eat everything in sight. So I ate all my points before the party began. I think that strategy worked pretty well. I sipped on dt. soda most of the night, then ate some strawberries. I'm so proud of myself for not throwing in the towel and keeping my goals in sight. I'm now jogging 1.6 miles straight and then walking another 1.6. Ideally I would like to be able to jog it all! This week I think I will try out a cycling class at the Y this week. I'll let u know if I can walk the day after. lol
