Been dealing with a lot of stuff this past few days and my diet has suffered because of it. Haven't been documenting my food intake and kinda just trying to enjoy myself, which I honestly have. There's been Mellow Mushroom Pizza, Carraba's (Shrimp Diavolo, Wood Grilled Chicken, BREAD!!!), going out to lunch with my mom 2x, and of course more than my share of Natty Lite. But I gotta get back on it. Was 10lbs away from my goal when I fell off and I'm ready to get back on the right track. Scared to step on the scale so I'll wait til tomorrow.
