Slept 4hrs last night. To bed 219am. To sleep 230am. Awake 630am.
Watched news in TV.
Resting BP 630am: 99/72 54
Resting BP 1015am: 121/76 56 irreg.
BM 200pm

Breakfast 1030am: Metamucil, 1 egg+ 1 egg white, onion, pepper, mushroom, yogurt frittata w salsa
Lunch 200pm: baby bok choy pan-fried with garlic pepper sauce & olive oil, 50g tuna, kimchi, orange
Supper 600pm: wild & brown rice blend stir-fried with onion, pepper, soy sauce, ginger, beans
Snack 1000pm: 3 stone wheat crackers with tuna and pickle, 1/2 pear
298.6 lb Lost so far: 47.4 lb.    Still to go: 152.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
