It was warmer today so I skipped xc skiing and did a 5 mile run. I haven't ran is so so long, I'm feeling it now. 5 miles/40 minutes, oh I was slow. The swim was good afterwards, oh I needed that to stretch out. I felt fast in the pool today, all clean shaven.
