Went out to breakfast today and I was good about keeping my portions small. had a half of a veggie ommelette, and half of my home fries. Waitress forgot my toast, so no biggy there.

I probably need more than I ate today, as I was hungrier than I have been over the week. The biggest reason is, I think, that we had a brunch type breakfast and didnt really have another meal until dinner, with a snack in between. My head was calling dinner the third "meal" today, but was only actually the second. So, I dont want to go all starvation and extreme...just want to keep it in balance.

Overall though, I kicked ass this weekend. Lower caloric intake, weight lifting and walking! even A LITTLE Wii in there
