900am: finally small BM. Yeh!😊
Breakfast 1152am: Metamucil Red river Cereal, half banana, 40g yogurt, 2 water
Lunch 300pm: half bagel, peanut butter, jam, water
Supper 700pm: Restaurant Food (ate 1/2 of order) 2 Cups Vietnamese prawn wonton soup, 1 salad rolls, peanut sauce, 3 water
Snack 1030pm: (ate other half of my dinner) 2 Cups Vietnamese prawn wonton soup, 1 salad rolls, peanut sauce, water
My BD dinner tasted great, although much higher in salt than I am now accustomed to. H.BDay to me!
