LifeWithoutSugar's Journal, 29 June 2014

Oh no, I was doing so well, just finished day 5 of Dukan (no sugar) and not bothered at all by it, not hungry, did so much exercise today I knew the scales would be kind to me tomorrow and then it happened...
I had to eat a slice of cake with buttercream and jam in the middle and icing on top and just to please others. It's hard when you want to say yes but you want to say no more but then you say yes for a completely different reason, to please those around you.

Just get back on plan and keep going. One piece of cake doesn't make us fat. It's the constant overeating. I'm sure you will be fine.
