Today I have decided to start my own diet. I am going to do a diet largely based on Korean foods, but since I am African my diet will definately have to be adjusted a little bit, lol.
I will start on monday, with mu usual foods, and gradually incorporate korean food as well as excercise later. I hope to lose 2lbs per week, good luck to me I hope i do well.
