I messed up up my weigh in the first time, got my actual weight wrong seems like I actually weigh almost 10 kg more than I thought. Oh well, even if my scale is a bit unreliable, that's still too much. I almost went off the scale!!! I need to watch that.
Anyways day 1 of my challenge is today, 2lbs per week is not asking the world. I have to do well in this. Here's to hoping.
