Slept total 5.9 hrs last night. To sleep nap yesterday afternoon 1250pm to 210pm (1.4hrs). To bed 500am. To sleep 520am. Awake 1000 am (4.5 hrs)
Resting Blood Pressure 1020am: 126/62 55
Breakfast 1100am: Metamucil, 2 c water
Lunch 1230am: tuna sandwich on whole grain bread, 2 c water
Supper 750pm: Greek salad or (tomato, cucumber, red pepper, onion, black-eyed peas, quinoa, vinaigrette dressing
Snack 930pm: orange, banana, yogurt, almonds
Did sitting yoga again. Also used exercise band to stretch tendons in left foot. It is helping with heel pain from plantar fasciitis when I first stand up.
Still waiting for movement and drop in weight.
