Hey! SM...By God's grace & mercy I'm trying to create healthy meals based upon what God provides...😊Smiles, I would rather be bored eating healthy rather than eating how I use to and by doing so I was slowly killing myself. Hun, the way I felt a few months ago I can't go back to that, I'm not where I want to be yet but I'm doing so much better than I was before. Plus 🥰Keto has soooo many tasty, delicious, healthy recipes that I'm looking forward to trying them, so it may take some time before I begin to start getting bored.
