Do you take any supplements? It seems difficult to maintain such pace, props to you!

I hadn't intended to lose at this rate, I was aiming for two pounds a week, that is why I am increasing my calorie and net carb allowance when I had originally only planned to do this when I was able to exercise more. I take a vegan multivitamin and mineral, and probiotics (but that is only because I had to take a course of antibiotics recently). I take a lot of iron but that is because I fight a constant battle with anaemia (not diet related).
