Thank you for all the wonderful support! This looks like a great community and the more I become involved, the more I look forward to figuring out how to comment/support other members. I know at 150lbs for 5'8 I'm pretty healthy but my diet sucks. It's true, what another member says, it's all excuses. I need to find time to pay attention to my portions and fat intake because it's ridiculous.
