Another week gone by, lost another pound...still seems like it should be coming off faster than it is. Went out with friends last night...had a couple of margaritas. I was nervous about it, but I felt like I needed to be with friends on a night out. One bonus was I ate before I went out and bypassed the fattening mexican menu at margaritas. I hadn't seen a lot of them for a long time and everyone was complementing me on how great I looked...was kind of nice, but on the other hand I was wondering "how awful did I look before?" Continuing to walk like crazy with my daughter, my legs seem to throb on a daily basis..I'd like to start to do some lifting with the bowflex, but I never seem to have enough umf to do it. we'll see

Here's what I do that might help with your umf. On the days that I lift I cut out about 10 minutes of walking time and replace with lifting. It helps so I don't feel so tired and I am seeing a difference in my energy, weight loss, and muscle tone all around.

...thanks for the tip...it is hard to work out indoors now when it has been so nice outside...my goal is to start a little on Sunday, as I would like to start to tighten things up a bit
