Slept total of 7.9hrs last night & it was a very poor sleep. Too hot & too bloated. To bed 200am. Asleep 210am. Awake 400am. (1.9hrs) To bed 500am. To sleep 540am. Awake 1150am. (6hrs)
Resting Blood Pressure upon awaking 1150am 129/86 93 irregular pulse.
Resting Blood Pressure 330pm 105/73 56 irregular pulse.
Breakfast 1200pm: too bloated to eat anything. I had Metamucil + 2 mugs decaf coffee + 1 Senocot S
Finally at 100pm: 1 meal left the building!!! I got a little pain relief.
Lunch 420pm: broiled baby bok choy, 1 serving meatballs, broiled tomato, sprinkle of parmesan & bread crumbs (2 photos)
Supper 830pm: 1/2 whole grain tortilla with yams, guacamole, salsa, mixed beans (1 photo)
Sadly I don't see me reaching my Aug 15, goal of 295 lbs, because of this bloating set-back. OH CRAP!
